stocking up

With the cold weather fast approaching, this little guy's making sure he's prepared. I always find myself stocking up this time of year, too, although sometimes I wish I was more like a bear-I could sleep through the entire winter and wake up well rested and a whole lot thinner.

Very true and so cute~! We stock up in northern New England as well.... but our squirrels are a bit spoiled. In November we put out our bird feeders after the bears go to sleep and the poor birds hardly stand a chance with the gathering of those little long fuzzy tailed creatures.

Wonderful illustration!

This looks like one organized squirrel! I can't say the same for the ones running around my yard...they look a bit panicked at the realization that snow is fast approaching.

Another fun piece Michael!

Very timely, these guys are dashing around everywhere clutching their booty...that is, their winter supplies. I know exactly what you mean, I get lazy, just want some books with many, many pages to get lost in.
